The location was great and fab, near to free tram zone within walking distance to food, tram, train and all the great shops and cafes, and common areas and bar area and easily accessible. All the staff members were nice.

The place was spotlessly clean with a well-trained and highly professional staff at check in the staff member. We ate at a BEAUTIFUL restaurant for breakfast. The location was perfect, not too far from A 297.3 m Skyscraper.

We were so impressed with good service that would stay here again. This hotel was located in a very central area near southbank, mall and MCG, and a tram stop. It also was so close to everything including the exceptionally good free public transport.

The location is handy, not very far from Crown Melbourne Casino. Btw, it's not very far from city center.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, as it is centrally located and within walking distance to many popular attractions. We were also pleased to find that public transportation options were readily available, making it convenient for us to explore the city further.

I had a very enjoyable short stay and would stay here again! The location was great in a very popular area, next to restaurants dotted along the Yarra River, Melbourne for an overnight trip and attractions and the CBD. I ate in the lobby restaurant nearby. The room was lovely modern, with comfy bed and a shower and a double vanity in the bathroom.

Incredibly comfortable location, walking distance to everywhere. Very easy to get from Essendon Fields airport, just 20 km. Good food for all meals👌

The rooms were functional with the view, the staff was outstandingly accommodating. Could use free WiFi and TV/Internet. It was just off all shopping venues, major shopping and business areas, and public transport-trams right outside, marvellous and fab location overall. I ate at the lobby restaurant near the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right near the center of Melbourne. I could easily walk to everything, and the fact that it was just across the road from the train station made it even more convenient. The service here was top-notch, with friendly staff who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The room itself was fantastic, with a cozy bed and all the amenities I needed. I especially loved the welcome drink and the fact that they had a restaurant on-site. this place provided me with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
